Help! I Need Somebody!

Screenshot of the Help Section in the Gospel Library

The Beatles were not the only ones that needed help. Many Gospel Library users need help, and it is right there in their hands.

If, after reading the title, you thought of the Beatles, then you are dating yourself. I am sorry this post is not about the Beatles—something much more important, the Gospel Library.

The Gospel Library is not just another pretty face; it has depth. For example, when did you last go to the Help Section?

Help Section? Yes, the Help Section. Often, when someone approaches me with a question about the Gospel Library, I answer their question, and then I tell them the same information is also in the Help Section.

I know. One would prefer my melodious voice sharing the information, but it is much quicker using the Help Section, especially if I am not nearby.

To get to the Help Section, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner, then tap on Help.

There you will see the following:

  • What's New - a list of updates and what is new in the update

  • User guide - a complete guide on every aspect of the Gospel Library

  • Frequently Asked Questions - a standard FAQ, but of interest to many, is "Can I access notes created by a deceased family member?"

  • Learning Videos - currently, there are only four, but more are coming

  • Send Feedback - if you have a complaint or, better yet, a great idea to improve the app, this is the place.

So, take a look at the Help Section. I promise you will find something you didn't know, and remember to share with others what you have learned.
